HMS Researcher Ben Gyori sat down with HMS News to discuss his work developing new AI tools at Harvard Medical School. Gyori believes that AI will be the ultimate research assistant. His team in the LSP have devised programs that read information from scientific publications and databases and use it to synthesize and extract new information. Gyori believes that collaborating with these systems will allow scientists to extract new insights that can accelerate medical innovations.
