Associate Director of LSP Research Services
The Associate Director of LSP Research Services leads management of scientific research and activities at the Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology (LSP) Tissue Profiling Service (TPS) Core based on the Quad at Harvard Medical School and collaborates closely with other senior research staff at the LSP. The Core Facility performs highly multiplexed tissue imaging and spatial transcriptomics (collectively, spatial profiling) on human and murine tissues and tumors for investigators at HMS, Harvard-affiliated hospitals, and research institutions across the U.S. The experimental and computational methods used by the Core have largely been developed by LSP staff and focus on optical microscopy of different types.
