Getting started

Projects begin with discussions between collaborators and members of the LSP Tissue Profiling Service, to define the scope of the project, approximate experimental plan, subsequent approach to data analysis, and estimated fees. If all parties agree to proceed with the project, 

1. Make sure to consult with TPS staff before sectioning or submitting any samples to the TPS!
2. Please review our policies and fees.
3. All users must complete and return our user agreement.
4. Prior to initiating project
   • Internal HMS users should provide a 33-digit billing code. 
   • External users (including HMS affiliated hospitals) should provide a purchase order.
