Fees

CyCIF and OrionTM imaging charges 

Imaging pricing is tiered based on the number of rounds of imaging, with one price for slides requiring 6 or fewer cycles and another price for slides requiring more than 6 rounds. The price difference largely reflects the cost of additional antibodies. After one slide per specimen has been run, subsequent slides from the same specimen are charged at a discounted rate. Please see the table below for our FY24 rate schedule.

Includes all supplies and reagents, slide preparation, imaging setup, cyclic imaging, and stitching, segmentation and quantification. Charged on a per slide basis for slides with 6 or fewer rounds of imaging.

Spatial transcriptomics 

GeoMX-based spatial transcriptomics users are charged according to the number of slides processed, in increments of four, with larger experiments (up to 12 slides) incurring lower per-slide charges for service center fees. LSP service fees represent a fraction of the overall cost per slide. Please see the table below for our FY24 rate schedule and estimates for additional costs associated with GeoMx experiments.

Fees for laboratories not part of the Harvard Quadrangle (DUNS number 047006379) are subject to 20% F&A charges. Service center rates have been determined by the Harvard Office of Finance in compliance with NIH policies for service cores and are adjusted annually based on actual costs incurred.
