About
The LSP Tissue Profiling Service (TPS) provides a suite of complementary, cutting-edge spatial biology assays that provide researchers with information about the physical arrangement of cells as well as expression of proteins and RNA transcripts within these cells in healthy and diseased tissues. These assays include multiplexed cyclic immunofluorescent imaging (CyCIF) - a method originally developing within the LSP - as well as Orion™ whole-slide scanning, which allows for combined quantitative immunofluorescent and traditional H&E imaging, and GeoMx™ Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP), which probes for over 18,000 mRNA transcripts in each region of interest within a tissue section.
Please visit our Getting started page to learn how to initiate a project with the TPS.
